Returns
Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
